- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup of your favorite grain ( I used bhulgur here)
- mint (to your taste)
- basil (to your taste)
- parsley (to your taste)
- fresh fennel (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 or 2 lemon and
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (this is optional
- salt and pepper to taste

Hey, I love this Corn Salad. I have tried it 3 times. The taste is great and very light. Doesnt make me feel heavy, but light. My stomach is not bloated and have less cravings.
