Looking 10 lbs. skinnier just by floating in the pool

You can look 10 pounds lighter. I just read this news on “First Magazine.” It says that a hot climate can cause the body to swell, spurring belly bloat.  Bloat is the body’s way of beating the heat since stored water is used to cool the body.  

Solution:   A dip in the pool.  Soaking in shoulder-deep water for 30 minutes can double urine output, relieving fluid retention to nix bloat, according to experts at hte University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine.  The reason, they continue, is because hydrostatic pressure (water pushing on skin) forces trapped fluid into circulation so they can be excreted by the kidneys.
